Requirements from Red Run Company- Certification: Valid STCW II/1 or II/2 CoC (Watchkeeping or Chief Mate) is mandatory.
- DPO Training: Must possess a valid DP Induction/Basic Course Certificate and preferably the DP Simulator/Advanced Course.
- Sea Time: Previous sea service as a Deck Officer (OOW) on offshore or similar vessels is highly preferred.
- DP Logbook: Must have a valid and maintained DPO Logbook with initial sea time signed off.
- English: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (Marlins Test score [Specify Score, e.g., 80%+] is a plus).
- Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, willing to learn, and demonstrate strong situational awareness and adherence to safety procedures.
Role Focus: This is a training and development role aimed at rapidly advancing the candidate towards the Full DPO Certificate.
