- Company name, contact details, and vacancy information

- Pages visited, time spent, clicks, and other interaction data
3. Purposes of Processing
We use your personal data to:
- Create and maintain your account and profile
- Match seafarers with suitable vacancies and send applications to employers
- Facilitate communication between seafarers and employers
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests
- Improve the Platform, analyse usage, and ensure security
4. Legal Basis for Processing
- For Seafarers and Employers: your explicit consent (given at registration and when uploading documents).
- For technical data and cookies: our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Platform. You may withdraw your consent at any time, but this may prevent us from providing the Service.
5. Data Sharing and Transfers (Critical Section)
We share your personal data only in the following cases:
- With maritime employers who review your CV and documents for recruitment purposes.
- With hosting providers, cloud services, and technical partners who help us run the Platform (under strict data-processing agreements).
